The Gulf Colleges for Humanitarian and Administrative Sciences was established in the month of September 2016 in the city of Hafar Al-Batin in northeastern Saudi Arabia. Bachelor’s degrees are offered in four programs in the areas of Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, and English.

The colleges are licensed by the Ministry of Education
